Registration and Subscription

During the launch period, no payment is required. But you will need to register your details in the Join section and create a user name and password to view most of the content and participate. If you forget your user name or password, we can send you an instant email reminder.The link to do this is located next to the login.

After the initial free period,you will need to subscribe in the Join section to continue using the entire site. However, the Free Area can be viewed at any time without registering or joining.

Subscribing to Diva-Biz is simple. Visit the Join page (available from the main menu) and enter the infomation required. Once complete you will be passed through to our banking partner (World Pay) to enter your credit or debit card information. (Note: Diva-Biz does not hold any of your credit card information). Once your credit details have been processed successfully you will be able to log into the site using your user name and password.
I have a discount code (or Group code), how do I use it?

Promotional Codes
If you join Diva-Biz after the launch, you may be been given a Promotional Code, which could provide you with a period of free access. This code should be entered in the Promotional Code box in the Join section to claim your entitlement.

Group Codes
Standard:
You may wish to join as a Group (with friends or colleagues). You will be able to personalise a group name and all your group members will be entitled to a discounted subscription as the numbers in your group increase.

Discounts on all Groups will be calculated as follows: 2-5 people – 5%; 6-10 people – 10%; 11-20 people – 15%; 21-35 people – 20%; 36-50 – 25%.

If you are creating a Group, go to the Group section in My Profile (Registration section), select group type (i.e. Standard) and personalise your group name. You can invite your friends/colleagues to join the Group by inputting their email addresses. Your contacts will be sent an email invitation, with a code for Registration. It’s very easy!

If you are joining a Group, go to JOIN, enter the Group Code and complete your registration details. This will confirm your Group Membership.

If you are already a Member of Diva-Biz independently and you are invited to Join a Group, go to My Profile (Registration section), click Group and enter the Group Code. This will confirm your Group Membership and will entitle you to discounted subscription.

Corporate:
You may wish to set up a Corporate Group, whereby you will be responsible for subscription payments for all members.

Go to the Group section in My Profile (Registration), select group type – Corporate – and personalise your corporate group name. You can invite your colleagues/employees to join your Corporate Group by inputting their email addresses. Your contacts will be sent an email invitation, with a code for Registration.

If you are invited to join a Corporate Group, go to JOIN and register your details. Corporate Group subscriptions are paid for by your employer. A code for this group will be emailed to you. Input the code when you complete registration.

Even if you are already registered with Diva-Biz, you can return to your profile at any point and enter a Corporate Group code.


How do I edit my contact information (called a profile)?

After joining and logging in the “log in” section of the page will be replaced with “my profile” and “logout” options. Clicking on the “my profile” link takes you directly to the “personal details” page where you can edit your contact information.

I have forgotten my username and/or password – what should I do?

Next to the login box is a “forgotten my password” link. Follow this link, provide your email address and we will email your password back to you. Note: the email will be sent to the email address you have supplied only.

When I subscribe to Diva-biz, how long a subscription am I committing to?

When you subscribe to Diva-biz you are only committing to one month at a time – you can cancel your subscription at any time.

How do I review my payment history?

Go to My Profile (Registration) and click on Transactions. All transactions will be listed with information and amounts.

There is an error with my payments, what should I do?

Please email: membership@diva-biz.com and you will be contacted by return.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Edit your profile and click on the transactions link. There is a “cancel” option at the bottom of the page.

Troubleshooting

The diva-biz website doesn’t fit on my screen

If you have to scroll horizontally to view the site then your screen resolution is not high enough. The minimum screen resolution to view the site properly is 1024x768 pixels. To change your screen resolution: right-click on your desktop > choose properties > choose the settings tab > drag the slider bar under the screen resolution heading to 1024x768 or higher > click ok.

The diva-biz website doesn’t display correctly on my screen

Our website is compatible with both PC (Browsers: Internet Explorer 6 and above, FireFox) and MAC (Browsers: FireFox, Safari) platforms. We cannot guarantee the website will display correctly on any other platform or within any other browser.

I can’t watch any videos

You probably don’t have the correct version on Flash player installed. You need Flash Player 8 or above to watch the videos. You can download the latest version of Adobe Flash Player by clicking here. Please also be aware, for quality viewing, we recommend a minimum of a 2mb broadband connection.

I can’t hear any sound

Firstly, ensure that the volume on both your computer (double click the speaker icon in the system tray – bottom right of the screen next to the clock – to check it) and speakers is turned up. (Check that you can hear a CD or MP3 to ensure that your machine is making sound.)

Secondly, ensure that the “mute” button” (speaker) is not on and the “volume control” (slider) is up. These can be found on the vide player, at the bottom right:

I am interested in being mentored myself, what should I do?

In the mentoring section of the site, there is an area for you to tell us why you think you would like to be mentored. If you’re a viable candidate, we’ll be in touch!

How do I listen to the podcast?

You will need some form of podcast software installed on your computer to subscribe to our podcast service. We recommend Apple iTunes, which you can download for free here. Once in iTunes, click ‘advanced’ from the menu then choose ‘subscribe to podcast’. Copy the link from our podcasts page into this window. That’s it! The software will automatically update the podcast when we upload new versions.

I’d like to add a specific video to my web browsers’ “favourites”, how do I do this?

It’s just like adding any other web page. In Internet Explorer, select Favourites > Add to Favourites. In FireFox choose Bookmarks > Bookmark this page.
